海南师范大学行为生态与进化研究组开始接受全国各地的研究生调剂。本研究组设有以下几个主要研究方向,总有一款适合你:

一、动物颜色的适应性进化(Adaptive Evolution of Animal Coloration)  

动物界多姿多彩,颜色在动物的竞争、求偶等活动中扮演着重要的信号作用。我们研究组利用先进的光纤光谱仪对动物的颜色进行量化,并利用动物视觉模型,从动物的视觉角度对颜色进行分析,揭示动物颜色是如何适应和进化的。

二、动物伪装与警戒态(Animal Camouflage and Aposematism)
伪装和警戒态是动物界中让人惊叹不已的形态适应。我们研究组利用3D建模、3D打印和光谱分析等方法,研究动物伪装和警戒态的适应性进化。

三、鸟类巢寄生协同进化(Avian Brood Parasitism and Coevolution)
鸟类中约有1%的种类进化出一种独特的欺骗繁殖行为,即自己不筑巢和养育后代,而是将卵产于其他鸟类的巢中,让宿主代其养育,称为专性鸟类巢寄生。古代《诗经》早有记载的“杜鹃”便是典型的专性巢寄生鸟类,杜鹃将卵产在宿主巢中,杜鹃雏鸟孵化后将宿主的卵或雏鸟杀死、推出巢外,从而独享食物。强大的寄生压力使宿主进化出反寄生策略,在杜鹃和宿主间形成协同进化。我们研究杜鹃等寄生性鸟类的寄生适应,和宿主的反寄生适应,阐明两者的协同进化。

四、鸟类的城市化响应(Avian Urbanization)
随着人类社会的发展,鸟类的栖息地不断减少,许多鸟类进入城市生活。我们研究人类社会环境鸟类的影响,以及鸟类对城市化的响应情况,为鸟类保护提供建议,探讨人鸟如何和谐共处。
